Nothing in the name of transparency explains the most mysterious and trivialised death of the Late Tacuma Maloney. Contrary or otherwise to official records which relate of a report to local law authorities regarding a person suspected as a drug smuggler. This report was based on error.
Consistent to records in the print and electronic media, Ras Tacuma was consequently apprehended by peace officers of the state based on an invalid premise, since the late Ras Tacuma was fully within his rights to indulge in the recreation and serenity of these fields and hills beyond recall which are now our very own.
We, the members of the Rastafari Community of Barbados, which includes the House of the Nyabinghi, The Twelve Tribes of Israel and I.C.A.R amongst others, recognise the issue of this false report and the over zealous efforts of drug detection to be primarily and directly attributive and responsible for the death of the Late Ras Tacuma Maloney. We totally dismiss and denounce the charge of suicide in connection to either the life or the death of the late Ras Tacuma. We are therefore compelled to appeal for justice and to express the fact that God is witness to every act performed by human beings.
